Senior New Business Sales CH

As we are expanding our horizon and growing rapidly, we are looking for a true new business sales manager who would like to represent our market-leading smart workplace software solutions for large enterprise clientsin Switzerland.



Your job:

You will be an Enterprise Sales Executive for Planon’sIntegrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) and other Building Management solutions from Planon.

You will be responsible for actively maintaining a sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities and for successfully closing those opportunities.Together with our solutions advisors and sales operations team you willalso respond toRFPs, give sales presentations to prospective clients,facilitate and attend product demos and prepare and deliver proposals.

You willnegotiate Planon’s value proposition and work with the General Manager DACH & legal team to finalize the contract details. You have the ambition and potential to grow into being our next managing director in Switzerland.


You will successfully fulfill your role by:

  • Identifying new business opportunities with strategic target accounts in Switzerland;
  • Following up all generated leads, demo requests and contact request forms;
  • Meeting individual sales targets for each product category;
  • Proactively representing Planon in existing business and target new market segments based on Planon’s growth strategy;
  • Managing new business opportunities according to approved pricing, terms of payment, and contract terms;
  • Attending and representing Planon at assigned events and conferences;
  • Showing active presence on social media to promote Planon and/or its partners;
  • Maintaining a robust and accurate pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.

  • A Swiss work permit and knowledge of the Swiss market(must be located in Switzerland)
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience within the software industry
  • Technically savvy and an experienced consultative seller
  • Self-motivated team player, eager learner, positive attitude, and excellent networker
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in French, German and English
  • Willingness to travel
