Syz Group in Switzerland seeks an experienced investment professional to manage discretionary portfolios and provide investment proposals to prospects, clients and RMs. The role aims to deliver objectives within the wealth management framework and strategy.

You will oversee multi-asset mandates, rebalance portfolios, report risk and performance, and collaborate with investment teams to translate market views into client actions. Travel to Zürich office required.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in multi-asset portfolio management or investment advisory.
• Proven track record delivering high-quality investment services.
• Strong understanding of asset allocation and cross-asset markets.
• Ability to build tailored portfolios based on client mandates.
• Excellent communication with private clients and internal stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Construct high-quality, performance-oriented portfolios and implement investment strategy decisions across asset classes.
• Oversee discretionary multi-asset mandates across currencies and risk profiles.
• Manage day-to-day discretionary portfolios, including rebalancing when necessary.
• Ensure portfolios align with client objectives with transparent reporting on asset allocation, performance and risk.
• Collaborate with RMs and investment advisors to convert advisory relationships into discretionary mandates.
• Prepare portfolio reviews, commentaries, and investment proposals for client retention.
