Zusammenfassung

Goldman Sachs in Zurich seeks a Wealth Management Professional to support Private Wealth Management clients, onboarding new accounts, and maintaining existing relationships. You will assist with cash management, asset transfers, and client reporting, working with Private Wealth Advisors to meet client needs.

You will manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly in English, and collaborate with senior management and global stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant apprenticeship.
• 1–3 years of related work experience.
• Italian and German language skills required.
• Proficient to advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide client service management support to PWM clients.
• Support Private Wealth Advisors to meet client needs.
• Manage cash balances and other assets in client accounts.
• Process cash payments and asset transfers.
• Manage new account boarding and liaise with new clients.
• Process updates such as contact information changes or risk profiles.
• Serve as a liaison to other PWM supporting areas.
• Provide overview of client reporting and web capabilities.
• Execute, process and reconcile market trades and related transactions (post exams).
• Collaborate with product groups across Asset & Wealth Management to respond to client needs.
