• Minimum 15+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience.
• Proven experience leading regional or global supply chain organizations.
• Strong expertise in IBP / S&OP processes.

• Define and execute regional end-to-end supply chain strategy for the MSM cluster.
• Partner with Commercial leadership to enable business growth and launches.
• Own customer service performance and lead continuous improvement.
• Drive cross-functional integration across Planning, Distribution, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance.
• Lead supply chain risk management and escalation handling.
• Develop a high-performing supply chain organization with talent development.
• Foster a customer-centric, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives leveraging ERP and analytics.
