Johnson & Johnson seeks a senior MSM EP/NV Supply Chain Leader to drive end-to-end supply chain performance across the MSM cluster (Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland). The role acts as a regional integration partner to Commercial leadership, translating global strategy into regional execution.

The position oversees service, inventory, cost and cash for a ~$250M portfolio and leads capability development within the organization, with travel obligations ~30%.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 15+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience in matrixed environments.
• Proven experience leading regional or global supply chain organizations and transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in IBP/S&OP processes and enterprise-level decision-making.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or regulated industries.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute regional end-to-end supply chain strategy for the MSM cluster.
• Partner with Commercial leadership to enable growth via supply reliability, launches, tender participation, and lifecycle management.
• Own customer service performance and experience with KPIs (OTIF, fill rate, lead time).
• Drive cross-functional integration across Planning, Customer Service, Distribution & Transportation, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance.
• Lead supply chain risk management and escalation handling; optimize allocation strategies.
• Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain organization; talent development and succession planning.
• Foster a customer-centric, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation using ERP and analytics.
