Johnson & Johnson is seeking an MSM EP/NV Supply Chain Leader to drive end-to-end performance across the MSM cluster (Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland). The role partners with Commercial leadership to enable growth, launches and deal-activation, while owning service, inventory, cost and cash metrics.

This senior role requires 15+ years in supply chain, IBP/S&OP expertise, and regulated-industry experience. Travel ~30% is expected. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 15+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience.
• Experience leading regional or global supply chain organizations.
• Strong expertise in IBP / S&OP processes and enterprise-level decision-making.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or regulated industries is required.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs.
• Willingness to travel ~30%.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute the regional end-to-end supply chain strategy for the MSM cluster.
• Partner with Commercial leadership to enable business growth and launches.
• Own customer service performance and tracking key metrics (OTIF, fill rate).
• Drive cross-functional integration across Planning, Distribution, Manufacturing and Finance.
• Lead supply chain risk management and escalation handling.
• Develop a high-performing supply chain organization with coaching and succession planning.
