Skyguide is seeking a Senior Modern Workplace Engineer to shape the digital workplace in Switzerland. You will design and evolve secure, intuitive workplace services, owning the lifecycle from architecture to operations and continuous improvement.

• Higher education in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in workplace engineering in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Windows, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, SCCM and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve modern workplace services, ensuring security, stability and compliance.
• Drive workplace lifecycle management, including Windows 11, device management and workplace technologies.
• Automate operating system, software and configuration deployments.
• Manage workplace operating systems and application portfolios throughout their lifecycle.
• Maintain standards, procedures and documentation to support efficient and compliant operations.
• Lead workplace initiatives and projects, driving innovation and service improvements.
• Provide expert 3rd level support and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers.

Senior Modern Workplace Engineer

Skyguide provides air navigation services in Switzerland and parts of neighbouring countries. Your mission:

Shape the digital workplace at Skyguide! You will design and evolve secure, intuitive workplace services that enhance the digital employee experience across Skyguide. You will own the workplace lifecycle from architecture and deployment to operations and continuous improvement. Through automation and collaboration, you will deliver reliable, compliant and future-ready workplace services that enable people to perform at their best.

Your tasks:

What we are looking for:
