Qualifications

• A degree in Microtechnology, Microsystems Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Semiconductor Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience in semiconductor manufacturing, MEMS, microfabrication or a comparable technical environment.
• Practical knowledge of wet etching, wet chemical cleaning or related wet processing technologies.
• Experience working with specialised manufacturing equipment and an understanding of cleanroom processes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to investigate complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine MEMS manufacturing processes and wet etching steps.
• Plan and conduct experiments in controlled manufacturing environments.
• Analyse data and translate results into practical process improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, development and manufacturing teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency and quality.
