Stryker is seeking a Responsable Commercial Senior (H-F) to drive growth in the Joint Replacement portfolio across Wallonie and Luxembourg. The role blends sales leadership with clinical support, workshops and field interactions to deliver superior patient care and hospital outcomes.

You will build trust with stakeholders, develop business plans, and lead negotiations while representing a global leader in medical technology.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in MedTech, BioTech, Pharmaceuticals, healthcare or related.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills in French and English.
• Commercially driven and enthusiastic about medical technology; resilient and customer-focused.
• Strong relationship-building skills; able to work well in a team.
• Valid driver’s license for field interaction.
• Orthopaedics experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Prospect new customers and grow sales in the region; service existing customers to foster loyalty and growth.
• Develop and execute business plans; negotiate with hospital professionals and purchasing departments.
• Inform, advise and train hospital staff during workshops and presentations; provide clinical support as needed.
• Prepare quotes and manage order follow-ups and after-sales support.
• Participate in congresses, seminars and meetings to identify new customers and expand knowledge.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experience across divisions.
