The role requires a university degree and 2+ years of sales experience, with fluent French and English. Travel within the Romandie region is expected; start is immediate and permanent, based in 6300 Zug.

Qualifikationen

• University degree required; 2+ years sales experience in medtech or clinical settings preferred.
• Fluent French and English with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in orthopaedics and/or surgery is a plus; willingness to travel within Romandie.

Aufgaben

• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Provide hospitals with product consultation and surgical application support.
• Introduce new product innovations and drive adoption of existing lines.
• Plan and run workshops and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Develop long-term relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and procurement teams.
