Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
• Strong software engineering skills and production-quality code experience.
• Excellent programming in Python, C++, and CUDA.
• Background in medical imaging, computer vision, or tracking is advantageous.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain algorithms for tissue tracking, patient positioning, and motion estimation in radiotherapy.
• Design and evaluate conventional and AI-based methods for medical image analysis and tracking.
• Optimize algorithms for clinical deployment using C++, CUDA, C#, and Python.
• Create realistic synthetic ground-truth data for quantitative algorithm validation.
• Contribute to a shared codebase through reviews, PRs, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring algorithms into clinical products.
