Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG in Switzerland invites engineers to join the Proton Therapy Imaging (PTI) testing team. You will lead verification activities for product solutions integrated into ProBeam platforms, defining test strategies and executing verification plans with objective evidence.

You will collaborate with system engineering, software (C# / C++) and project management, oversee the local test lab, and contribute to AI-based test automation while traveling ~10% for customer and site

Qualifications

3–5 years verification experience in medical device/clinical environment.
Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
Self-driven with good organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Define and execute design verification plans to meet product and system requirements.
Develop verification strategy and maintain traceability between requirements and tests.
Lead the local test laboratory and manage test systems with ownership and reliability.
Perform informal engineering testing and provide feedback to design teams.
Collaborate with system engineering and software development (C#/C++) and project management.
Combine verification tasks with 10–20% duties in HW/SW system engineering or software development.
Support AI-based test automation to ensure state-of-the-art testing environment.
