Capgemini Switzerland invites an experienced Mechanical Discipline Leader to join the Muttenz site. You will act as the technical authority for Mechanical / General Installations, supervise studies in German, allocate on-site engineers, and coordinate with abroad teams.

You will ensure EN, ASME, Eurocodes, ATEX/PED compliance, lead design reviews, check deliverables, support construction, and contribute to IFC documentation. Fluent German and professional English are required.

Qualifikationen

• 10-15+ years in mechanical or civil engineering in chemical/pharma/energy.
• Experience leading a team of 5-20 engineers and designers.
• Fluent German and professional English; strong safety mindset.

Aufgaben

• Act as technical authority for Mechanical/General Installations at Muttenz.
• Supervise studies in German; validate solutions and interfaces.
• Allocate on-site engineers; coordinate with nearshore teams abroad.
• Define and communicate mechanical standards and documents.
• Lead multidisciplinary design reviews; ensure IFC quality.
• Support construction with clarifications, RFIs, and redlines.
• Ensure EN/ASME/Eurocodes and ATEX/PED compliance.
