  • Manage and lead marketing campaigns for services and global brand initiatives in the Swiss market.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign processes, including briefing, creative development, and media planning across ATL and BTL channels.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, collaborating with global departments such as PR, social media, website, and CRM.
  • Coordinate with creative teams and external agencies to produce campaign materials.
  • Engage with store teams and regional managers for feedback and effective campaign execution.
  • Complete campaign performance reports, track KPIs, and share insights.
  • Assist in reviewing and validating creative assets with the Marketing & Digital Director before launch.
  • Manage campaign budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
  • Maintain and reprint customer-facing materials like brochures and leaflets.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and service uptake KPIs.
  • Measure ROI using tools such as Media Attribution analysis.
  • Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of campaigns.

Profile
