Job summary
KPMG is seeking a Senior Manager for SAP Engagement & Program Management in Zurich. You will own complex SAP transformation engagements from planning through implementation, stabilization and transition, guiding senior client stakeholders and global teams.
Ideal candidates have 10+ years in SAP, ERP transformation or large-scale tech-enabled change, with SAP Activate certification (or equivalent) and strong governance, budgeting and stakeholder management.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in SAP consulting, ERP transformation, or large-scale tech-enabled transformation.
- SAP Activate Project Manager certification and/or equivalent PM qualification preferred.
- Proven success leading complex SAP projects with delivery accountability and client relationships.
- Strong command of SAP S/4HANA transformation approaches and program governance.
- Fluent in English; German is desirable; willingness to travel.

- Own complex SAP transformation engagements from planning and mobilization through implementation, stabilization, and transition.
- Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, translating priorities into an executable roadmap.
- Lead multidisciplinary global teams with governance, clear accountability, and timely decisions.
- Manage scope, quality, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Drive engagement performance via budgeting, forecasting, profitability, invoicing, and contract compliance.
- Identify follow-on opportunities and contribute to account development and SAP Advisory agenda.

- Own complex SAP transformation engagements from planning and mobilization through implementation, stabilization, and transition.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, translating strategic priorities into clear transformation outcomes and an executable roadmap.
- Lead multidisciplinary global teams, including offshore and nearshore colleagues, with effective governance, clear accountability, and timely decision-making.
- Manage scope, quality, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables against contractual commitments and client expectations.
- Drive engagement performance through disciplined budgeting, forecasting, profitability management, invoicing, change control, and contract compliance.
- Create growth by identifying follow-on opportunities, shaping compelling proposals, and contributing to account development and KPMG's SAP Advisory agenda.
- University degree in business administration, business informatics, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in SAP consulting, ERP transformation, or large-scale technology-enabled business transformation.
- SAP Activate Project Manager certification and/or a recognized project management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA, or equivalent is strongly preferred.
- Proven success leading complex SAP projects or programs, with accountability for delivery, client relationships, financial performance, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong command of SAP S/4HANA transformation approaches, implementation lifecycles, program governance, and the interplay between business processes and technology.
- Full professional proficiency in English; German is highly desirable, and French is an advantage. Willingness to travel in line with client needs.
