Job summary

KPMG Switzerland in Geneva is seeking an Assistant Manager for FS IT Audit & IT Risk Consulting to lead external IT audits related to financial statements and regulatory expectations. You will manage IT assurance engagements (ISAE3402, ISAE3000) and advise on IT risk governance and regulatory compliance.

You will nurture client relationships, help develop consulting solutions, coach juniors, and enjoy a flexible hybrid model with opportunities for international collaboration at KPMG.

Qualifications

• Experience leading external IT audits (financial statements & regulatory).
• Strong knowledge of IT assurance (ISAE3402/ISAE3000).
• Advisory skills in IT risk governance and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as Engagement Manager for external IT audits relating to F/S and regulations.
• Manage IT assurance engagements to provide independent assurance on control environments.
• Support IT risk management, cybersecurity, BCM, and operational resilience.
• Develop consulting solutions and win new business through client relationships.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to team growth.

Your contribution to KPMG

• Act as Engagement Manager for external IT audits in relation to financial statement and regulatory audits
• Manage IT assurance engagements (ISAE3402, ISAE3000) to provide independent assurance on the control environment of leading IT service providers
• Provide advisory and assurance services in the areas of IT risk management and IT regulatory compliance across domains such as IT/Cyber, critical data, BCM or operational resilience
• Provide expert support to our leading banking clients in the context of their digital transformation in the areas of IT risk governance and IT regulatory compliance
• Support the development of the consulting solutions developed and delivered to clients by continuously seeking and driving improvement and innovation
• Identify business opportunities by building relationships both internally and externally and assist with the development of proposals in order to win new business
• Manage existing client relationships and build new ones
• Coach and develop younger team members and take ownership in shaping and further developing our team
