Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology is seeking a Sr. Manager, Physician Partnerships to build and sustain strategic relationships with EPs, medical societies, and key accounts across EMEA.

This remote role requires up to 50% travel and collaboration with marketing, medical affairs, regulatory and R&D to plan engagements, capture insights, and drive partnerships that advance patient care. You will lead advisory boards and drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience in Med Tech, Cardiovascular or electrophysiology is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Identify and maintain professional relationships with EPs, medical associations and key influencers.
• Define and implement engagement activities such as advisory boards and voice of customer events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive partnership activities and ensure regulatory/compliance alignment.
• Capture insights to inform business strategy and identify opportunities to elevate partnerships.
