Zusammenfassung

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Manager, Digital Transformation – MedTech R&D. This role can be located at any J&J MedTech site and will work a Flex/Hybrid schedule with 3 days per week onsite. The position may require up to 20% travel domestically or internationally.

The Manager owns defined platforms and capabilities, leading product ownership, platform stewardship, and ecosystem leadership to ensure digital investments stay scalable, sustainable, and valuable over time.

Qualifikationen

• 8–12+ years of applied experience in digital transformation or related field.
• Proven experience in digital transformation, sector platforms, or product ownership.
• Strong understanding of R&D processes and regulated environments.
• Ability to define vision, roadmaps, priorities, and governance models.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Aufgaben

• Product ownership and lifecycle management of sector R&D digital platforms, including deployments, operations, adoption, and value realization.
• Strategic planning, roadmap development, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
• Innovation enablement through automation and data-driven digital capabilities; evaluation and sponsorship of emerging technologies.
