Zusammenfassung

KPMG Switzerland in Zürich seeks an experienced HR transformation professional to advise HR leaders and design practical priorities. You will lead workstreams for operating models, processes and technology, improve HR services and streamline HR processes across the value chain, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management and fluency in English, German or French, with a track record in consulting and HR

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in business, psychology, HR or related field.
• Six to ten years in business transformation, HR operations or HR strategy, including consulting.
• Experience delivering HR transformation projects (operating models, processes, tech or shared services).
• Ability to manage workstreams, coordinate stakeholders and deliver on time.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and client-focused communication.
• Advanced MS Office and knowledge of SAP or Workday.
• Advanced English with fluency in German or French.

This is what makes you successful

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field


• Six to ten years of experience in Business Transformation, HR Operations or an HR Strategy role, including experience in management consulting


• Experience delivering HR transformation projects, such as operating model redesign, process optimization, HR technology implementation or shared services


• Ability to manage workstreams, coordinate stakeholders and deliver high-quality results within agreed timelines


• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with a practical and client-focused approach


• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of HR systems such as SAP or Workday


• Advanced English skills and fluency in German or French
