As Senior Manager Logistics Solutions, you will be a key contributor to our global logistics operations, coordinating a substantial logistics budget while delivering state-of-the-art, efficient, and cost-effective logistics solutions. Your strategic expertise will contribute to the future success of Clariant's supply chain worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support worldwide logistics tendering and procurement activities, whether in-house or through 3rd parties
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external partners to establish and manage obligations, commitments, and expectations
• Develop and implement logistics tendering best practices and global tool harmonization
• Support integrated and lean processes across Order-to-Cash, Warehousing, Accounts Payable, and Master Data
• Provide expert consultation on the global logistics market to Clariant Business Units and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement of Clariant's logistics processes with an end-to-end supply chain perspective
• Work with a strong ethical mindset and support a culture of compliance and integrity

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent extensive experience in a global environment
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain and/or logistics domain
• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
• Proven ability to thrive in multicultural and international environments
• Strong ethical foundation with respect for moral guidelines
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication and consulting skills
• Experience optimizing logistics costs while maintaining service excellence
