Job summary

VF Corporation in Stabio, Switzerland, seeks a Senior Manager, Supply Chain FP&A - Global Adjustments to Standards to lead margin-adjustment forecasting and governance across brands and regions. You will partner with Brand Finance, Supply Chain, and Controllership to ensure accurate margin assumptions and actionable insights.

The role drives quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans, with a focus on tariff, freight, overhead, and product-cost adjustments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Supply Chain or related field.
MBA or CPA preferred.
8+ years of progressive FP&A, finance, accounting, or supply chain finance experience with margin drivers.
3+ years of people leadership or cross-functional leadership experience.
Strong understanding of P&L, gross margin, standard costing, accruals, reserves, reclasses, allocations, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead global FP&A ownership for adjustments to margin across brands and regions.
Develop a global framework for margin adjustment accounts and reporting.
Partner with Finance and Supply Chain teams to align margin assumptions.
Oversee analysis of tariffs, duties, inbound freight, logistics costs, overhead, and inventory adjustments.
Translate margin movements into executive-ready insights, scenario analyses, and actions.
Drive quarterly forecasts, annual budget, long-range planning for global margin adjustments.
Identify risks and opportunities and support mitigation for forecast accuracy.
Coach and develop Analysts supporting AGM and build financial modelling capability.
