Zusammenfassung

argenx is expanding its Distribution team in Switzerland and seeks a Senior Manager Customer Services to oversee order-to-cash, inventory, warehousing and transport, ensuring compliant operations across markets.

You will work with Finance, Supply Chain and 3PL partners, lead audits for GDP/GMP, and drive improvements in distribution to support new markets. Travel up to 20% is expected; fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish; French a plus.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biologics distribution and O2C processes.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all order-to-cash activities, invoicing and goods allocation.
• Secure order operations for all customers and report progress to senior management.
• Ensure integrity of financial transactions linked to finished products.
• Coordinate with Finance to meet SLAs and align with 3PL partners.
• Manage distribution operations and ensure GDP/GMP compliance.
