Randstad Switzerland is recruiting for a Global Clinical Distribution Lead in Kaiseraugst. The role manages end-to-end distribution for clinical trials, deploying inventory globally across 24 depots from release to delivery to depots and sites.

You will participate in PETs/gSETs, drive operational improvements, ensure GMP-compliant processes, and coordinate with internal and external partners to meet study requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business, Operations Management or Supply Chain or a related field.
• 3-4 years’ experience in Clinical Trial Management, logistics, warehouse or supply chain.
• Strong SAP / ERP systems knowledge and experience.
• Experience in cross-functional, cross-cultural and agile models.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive improvements.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end distribution for a portfolio of clinical trials.
• Oversee global inventory deployment across 24 depots.
• Ensure on-time delivery performance and protocol execution.
• Coordinate network depot supply with partners and teams.
• Lead cross-functional projects and drive process improvements.
• Maintain accurate CLARA system diagnostics and GMP compliance.
