argenx SE is seeking a Senior Manager Customer Service to lead end-to-end O2C and ensure GDP/GMP compliant logistics across markets. You will collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory teams to optimize inventory, warehousing, and distribution with third-party providers.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and cross-cultural communication, with English and Spanish fluency; French is a plus. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required; French is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all order-to-cash activities including orders, credits, returns and invoicing.
• Secure operations for all LRDs and 3rd party customers; report progress to leadership.
• Ensure integrity of financial transactions linked to finished product movements.
• Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain and 3PLs to meet SLAs and compliance.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support expansion into new markets and product launches.
