• Bring your health insurance expertise to advise clients on strategies, new products, operational excellence, ecosystem participation, and innovative services.
• Develop thought leadership on the future of health insurance to add value and open doors to new opportunities.
• Leverage your strong health insurance network to identify and bring in new projects where the firm can support clients in reaching their potential.
• Contribute to shaping the future landscape of health insurance and join the commitment to make a meaningful difference.

Your Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in health insurance or consulting, focusing on the health market.
• Established network with health insurers and other health sector players like providers.
• Interest in the evolution and future of health insurance, with a history of thought leadership.
• Proactive attitude, opportunity-oriented mindset, and trust in your intuition for executing tasks.
• Experience leading large or multiple projects and teams, with a proven track record and team spirit.
• University degree with strong academic record; fluency in German and English; additional French skills are a plus.
• Experience in international work culture.
