Richmond Capital is seeking a Hospitality Development Director to lead a major luxury resort development in Switzerland. You’ll provide strategic oversight and drive the project team, contractors and consultants toward successful completion.

This senior role requires hands-on leadership, ownership of complex programs, and strong coordination with owners, authorities and investors throughout design, procurement, construction and handover.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience as a Project Director, Development Director or Senior PM on large-scale real estate schemes.
• Proven track record delivering complex developments in luxury hospitality or mixed-use sectors.
• Strong ability to coordinate design, procurement, construction and handover with multiple stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Oversee development on behalf of the Owner, coordinating PM, consultants and contractors.
• Establish processes for programme, cost, quality and risk management, and report to the Owner.
• Lead and challenge the Project Manager and delivery team to meet the strategy, programme and budget.
• Coordinate multiple contractors and specialists, manage procurement and appointments.
• Guide design development, value engineering, construction, commissioning and handover.
