Job summary

Sothebys seeks a data-driven analytics professional to provide client insights and strategic reporting for the Luxury division in Switzerland. You will translate commercial data into actionable intelligence, identifying trends and opportunities across categories to guide leadership decisions.

Ideal candidates have 5-8 years in analytics, strong dashboard and visualization skills, and experience with CRM platforms. Fluency in English and Swiss market exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in analytics, insights, reporting or BI within luxury/finance/consulting.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into business recommendations.
• Advanced IT skills; experience with CRMs and data visualisation tools.
• Proven track record building dashboards and executive reporting materials.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide business insights, performance visibility and strategic reporting to Luxury and Swiss teams.
• Develop dashboards, KPI tracking and reporting frameworks for the Luxury business.
• Analyse client activity, acquisition, retention and market trends to guide decisions.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Support automation and data enablement initiatives across reporting processes.
• Collaborate with global client strategy teams to align methodologies.
