Job summary

Sotheby’s International in Geneva seeks a Senior Analytics professional to translate client data into actionable insights for the Luxury Division and Swiss leadership. You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs and support cross-category growth opportunities.

Work closely with the Head of Luxury Division and Managing Director Switzerland to provide performance visibility and strategic reporting enabling data‑driven decision making across auctions, private sales and client development.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in business analytics, commercial insights, reporting or BI, ideally in luxury or data-driven environments.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
• Advanced IT skills; experience with CRM platforms and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Leverage client data and CRM tools to provide visibility on activity, engagement patterns and growth opportunities across categories.
• Identify client trends, opportunities and cross-category connections for leadership teams.
• Contribute to client acquisition and development through data-driven analysis and insights.
• Analyze acquisition, retention and reactivation trends to inform planning and prioritization.
• Develop reporting and insights on key client KPIs and performance.
