Hexagon Robotics, a division of Hexagon, is building humanoid robots for industrial sectors. You’ll join at a formative moment for our IT function in Zürich, reporting to our Director of Operations. If you want to help shape IT in a scale-up, this is the right time to join.

You’ll own the end-to-end IT lifecycle for 150+ colleagues, from provisioning laptops to offboarding, while collaborating with robotics and engineering teams and Hexagon IT to align Linux workflows with business needs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering end-user IT support in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficient Linux troubleshooting for daily end-user issues.
• Hands-on provisioning, imaging and hardware lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of IAM tasks for joiners/movers/leavers.
• Strong networking, Wi-Fi and office network troubleshooting.
• Customer-centric, fast-paced service mindset with ownership.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Be the first/last line of support for 150+ colleagues, handling ticket lifecycle.
• Adhere to tight SLAs and resolve incidents quickly.
• Provide hands-on Linux desktop support and troubleshooting daily.
• Own employee lifecycle: provisioning laptops, accounts, access, offboarding.
• Manage hardware and asset lifecycle, including procurement and inventory.
• Drive IT for office space expansion: cabling, network, AV, workstation builds.
• Collaborate cross-team and coordinate with Hexagon IT on shared systems.
