Zusammenfassung

BSI Life Sciences, a Swiss-made software provider for CROs, pharma, biotech and medtech, seeks a commercially driven Business Development Manager. You will expand our global clinical research market, identify opportunities, and build strategic customer relationships to modernize how clinical development is managed.

Based in Europe, you will work remotely within Europe, collaborating with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to deliver exceptional customer experiences and contribute market

Qualifikationen

Multiple years of successful B2B sales or business development in life sciences.
Established network within CRO/biotech/pharma ecosystems is a plus.
Fluent English; additional European languages are advantageous.

Aufgaben

Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities with CROs, biotech, and pharma companies.
Build trusted relationships with decision-makers across commercial, operational, and executive teams.
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to proposal, negotiation and closing.
Develop strategic account plans and expand existing relationships.
Represent BSI Life Sciences at industry events and customer meetings.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and contribute to forecasting.
