JD or equivalent legal degree with bar admission in US/EU
7+ years of legal experience; in-house life sciences preferred
Strong knowledge of R&D and IP laws in life sciences; excellent drafting/negotiation skills
Fluency in English; contracts drafted in English

Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate supply chain agreements across procurement, external manufacturing and related services.
Advise stakeholders on strategic legal issues impacting procurement, manufacturing and development.
Draft and supervise complex R&D agreements (Master Service, Material Transfer, Collaboration, Confidentiality).
Collaborate within the IM Supply Chain Legal team; manage external counsel and budget with cost awareness.
Drive process improvements in contracting, leveraging CLM tools and AI for timeliness and accuracy.
