Job Description
  • Provide legal support to commercial and procurement teams, including negotiation and review of B2B contracts.
  • Advise on legal risks related to certifications, procurement, technology, and strategic partnerships.
  • Support dispute resolution and claims management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
  • Act as a legal advisor on global procurement and IT agreements.
  • Participate in strategic negotiations with large clients and suppliers.
The Successful Applicant
  • Law degree + admitted to the bar in Switzerland or other European jurisdiction.
  • Additional education or knowledge in Common Law would be an asset.
  • 6-10 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 4 years as an in-house lawyer at an international company.
  • Experience advising manufacturing or quality organizations, or in regulated industries such as life sciences, with familiarity with ISO or other quality standards.
  • Strong background in commercial and contract law across multiple jurisdictions, with negotiation skills.
  • Ability to provide business- and solution-oriented advice aligned with business goals while managing risks.
  • Delivers high-quality results within tight deadlines.
  • Skilled at managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and autonomously.
  • Clear and concise communicator with excellent communication skills.
