In Short We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead PMO to join our Retail and Workplace Technology team, based in Zurich and reporting directly to the Head of Retail and Workplace Technology. This role will be pivotal in creating and implementing global PMO standards and operational delivery procedures. In addition, the role will focus on the overall management of the project portfolio and track both progress and quality of delivery.

Your Mission

• Set the PMO global standards in terms of processes and procedures to ensure projects are delivered effectively and efficiently
• Create and maintain a comprehensive tracking and reporting structure for projects
• Create and manage the intake of new projects, drive the project portfolio and budget management
• Manage the project managers to ensure milestones are met and the global standards are achieved
• Responsible for PM Resource Management and capacity planning
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple teams, including Construction, Real Estate, Facility Management, Design, Finance, Commercial and more
• Collaborate closely with 3rd party vendors to ensure we receive the level of service expected whilst fostering strong and sustainable partnerships.
• Organise and host PMO dedicated workshops to align project delivery method, train team on processes/procedures and global standards
• Organise and host comprehensive debrief sessions to extract valuable insights and lessons learned, contributing to continuous improvement
• Ensure PCI DSS standards are met in retail stores and the standards are reflected in the planning phases of each retail project
• Global travel required

Your Story

• 5+ years of experience in managing a PMO
• 8+ years of experience in Technology Project Management
• Proven track record in global, cross-functional stakeholder management
• Good working knowledge of Network deployment
• Experience in working in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in working with 3rd party vendors
• PMP certified (or similar)
• Experience in Real Estate construction is a plus
• Experience in expansion and space programming is a plus
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
• Experience with PCI DSS standards is a plus
