The Senior Lead (Omnichannel) Marketing for MENAT, CEE & Rest of Europe plays a pivotal role in driving On’s brand and business objectives across high-potential distributor markets. This role leverages strategic expertise and brand-building acumen to bring On’s mission to life with a performance-driven mindset, shaping and executing impactful brand strategies in partnership with our distributors.

As an omni-channel and brand communications role, it ensures consistent and compelling storytelling across all consumer touchpoints—retail, digital, and wholesale in distributor markets—while tailoring execution to the unique dynamics of each market.

The position reports into our Head of Commercial, Rest of EMEA, CEE, and MENA, with one Marketing Specialist reporting into them.

Your Mission
  1. Lead the distributor's marketing function by inspiring and driving distributor teams across multiple markets, grounded in a clear vision, a strong brand voice, and an innovative culture.
  2. Align with regional goals to create a long-term omni-channel and brand communications strategy roadmap for priority markets, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
  3. Develop and execute seasonal and annual omni-channel activation plans across wholesale, DTC, and digital channels, embedding brand narratives and storytelling into every campaign.
  4. Craft consumer-centric marketing plans that bring On’s mission, values, and community to life through impactful brand communications and locally relevant campaigns.
  5. Act as a guardian of On’s brand voice, ensuring consistency across all distributor-led communication channels.
  6. Be an expert in brand storytelling, campaign execution, and elevating customer experience at retail—delivering premium and memorable brand moments across all touchpoints.
  7. Deliver premium brand experiences through visual merchandising, visual experience, product testing, training, and localized activations that elevate On’s presence.
  8. Own and manage the marketing budget with a sharp focus on return on investment and campaign effectiveness.
  9. Define and track success metrics, analyze performance, and integrate insights into future strategic marketing and brand communication planning.
  10. Lead the end-to-end execution of GTM strategies, tailoring global and regional guidance to fit specific market realities while preserving brand integrity and message coherence.
Your Story
  1. Relevant experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally in brand or partner/distributor-focused environments.
  2. Strong experience in omni-channel and Brand Communications marketing, with a deep understanding of regional and local retail landscapes.
  3. Proven track record in building and executing brand and marketing strategies with cross-functional impact.
  4. Confident communicator and collaborator across Sales, Product, Brand, E-commerce, and external partners.
  5. Strong strategic thinking, combined with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and attention to detail.
  6. Experience managing teams across regions with diverse cultural contexts.
  7. High adaptability and passion for growth markets.
  8. Expertise in brand storytelling, campaign execution, and elevating customer experience at retail.
  9. Business and results-oriented, with experience in budget planning, ROI tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
  10. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Meet The Team

You’ll join the EMEA Distributors team—On’s growth engine in markets across MENAT, CEE, and Rest of Europe. Our goal is to strategically grow On’s brand presence through strong partnerships, scalable campaigns, and community engagement, all while aligning with On’s premium positioning. You will act as the key link between On and the marketing teams of our distributor partners, collaborating with internal stakeholders across Brand, Sales, Product, and E-commerce.
