On is seeking a Senior Design Lead, Brand Environment Design to shape how our brand comes to life in physical spaces beyond retail. You will lead spatial design direction, translate our brand language into immersive, premium experiences, and set the standards for global brand expression.

You will guide design teams and external partners, develop strategic frameworks, and publish guidelines aligned with premium retail standards, ensuring consistency across activations and regional spaces.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in spatial design, environmental design or experiential architecture.

• Lead spatial design direction for non-retail environments to ensure premium execution that reflects the brand.
• Create concepts and narratives translating brand priorities into tangible spaces and experiences.
• Guide designers and agencies with briefs from concept to launch for premium outputs.
