• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to drive accountability with senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.

Reporting to the Global Head of Integrated Business Planning (IBP), the Senior Global IBP Lead & Process Owner is responsible for the governance, optimization, and seamless execution of our end-to-end global planning cycle. In this role, you will ensure process discipline and timeline accountability across all functions, while concurrently partnering with the Global Head of IBP to support strategic content development. Serving as a key global sparring partner to regional IBP leads, you will help bridge regional commercial dynamics with global strategy, transforming operational analytics into a structured business context that facilitates executive decision-making.

Your Mission

• Own and manage the comprehensive global IBP meeting cadence, timeline milestones, and data-readiness protocols across all global and regional hubs.
• Drive operational discipline across cross-functional teams by rigorously tracking cycle deliverables, managing action-item registries, and ensuring timely, high-quality data inputs.
• Continuously evaluate and refine the IBP framework, identifying procedural bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, and implementing best-in-class planning methodologies.
• Partner with various On teams to generate complex analytics translating commercial, financial and operational data sets into actionable insights with clear decision-driving outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with the Global Head of IBP to synthesize complex analytics and market signals into cohesive, executive-level business narratives and scenario options.
• Provide strategic support to regional IBP leads, acting as a sounding board to ensure regional insights, commercial risks, and supply-demand dynamics are effectively calibrated for global alignment.
• Contribute to the curation of purposeful agendas for regional & global IBP decision forums, ensuring that meetings are structured to address critical strategic trade-offs and result in actionable outcomes.

Your story

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), or strategic commercial planning within a matrixed, high-growth global environment.
• Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities, with a proven track record of executing complex, multi-stakeholder operational cycles with high precision.
• Proven ability to build both recurring and ad hoc analysis and reporting delivered on a regular cadence to leader to raise business insight and drive decision making
• A strong understanding of commercial levers and operational mechanics, allowing you to look beyond data aggregation to comprehend the business drivers behind the numbers.
• Demonstrated talent for distilling large data sets and regional market signals into clear, structured, and actionable business insights.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to constructively drive accountability and foster collaboration with senior stakeholders and across diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English is required; command of additional languages is an asset.
