On's HQ in Zurich is seeking a Lead Anaplan Specialist to own the backend and frontend of Anaplan solutions, including model building and integrations for Financial Planning.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust planning models, drive end-to-end initiatives, and document governance for reliability. The role emphasizes technical ownership and end-user training.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience with business processes, data structures and systems.
• 5+ years in Anaplan model building; certifications valued.
• Degree or good knowledge in finance or related field.
• Analytical & problem-solving skills to solve business problems with technology.
• Consultancy background is a plus with stakeholder management in a rapidly changing environment.
• Results oriented with high motivation; experience with large data structures.
• Experience with relational databases and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) or SQL.

• Consultancy background is a plus. Proven effective stakeholder management in a rapidly changing environment.


• Results orientation and high motivation.


• Experiences with relational databases and working with large data structures, as well as any developer knowledge in other planning / BI reporting tools (particularly Tableau or Power BI), or database query applications such as SQL.
