Job summary

Viseca Card Services SA in Switzerland is seeking a hands-on Kubernetes Platform Engineer to own design, operation and continuous improvement of our enterprise Kubernetes platform in a PCI DSS‑regulated environment.

You will lead core platform services, drive GitOps practices with Terraform, Helm and Argo CD, and mentor engineers while collaborating with security and infrastructure teams to ensure reliability and security.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Kubernetes in production.
• Experience with SRE concepts and GitOps tooling.
• Ability to mentor and guide engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design, operate and evolve Rancher‑managed RKE2 clusters.
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform, Helm, Argo CD.
• Engineer core platform services: networking, ingress, storage, observability.
• Lead incident response with root‑cause analysis and long‑term fixes.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance.
