Fincons Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong Java backend expertise and Angular frontend skills to join an Agile Release Train in a SAFe context. You will contribute to CRM projects, develop transversal features, and fix bugs in enterprise systems.

Requirements include 5+ years in Java, Angular, Spring tech stack, microservices, and REST, with proficiency in Italian and English. Relocation to Ticino/Switzerland or nearby Italian border areas is expected."

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in software design and Java development.
• Strong command of Java 21+ and Angular (recent versions).
• Excellent knowledge of microservices architecture and REST APIs.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Data and RESTful design.
• Proficient with JPA/Hibernate, test automation (JUnit, TDD; Cucumber a plus).
• Relational DB experience (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and CI/CD with Git/GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with SwaggerHub and API payloads JSON; SAFe/Agile experience.
• Proficiency in Italian and English is a must.

• Work with Agile teams, supporting product owners to gather requirements.
• Ensure secure coding practices and regulatory alignment.
• Develop REST APIs and maintain API documentation and payloads.
