SIG Group is seeking a Senior Internal Audit leader to drive high-impact audits and advisory projects across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, IT and Global Functions. You will leverage data, technology, and AI-enabled audit practices to deliver actionable insights and support senior leadership decisions.

As a trusted advisor, you will guide audit planning, improve controls, and champion digitally enabled auditing while traveling about 40% of the time.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk, or a related discipline.
• Experience within B2B industries; Big Four with Internal Audit focus is an advantage.
• Proven ability to lead complex audit/advisory engagements and manage senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
• Hands-on experience leveraging data analytics, digital tools, and AI to enhance audit outcomes, including AI-enabled tools.
• Fluency in English, with ability to communicate credibly at senior leadership level; other European languages are a plus.
• Ability to travel ~40%
• Professional certifications such as CIA/CRMA/CISA/CPA or willingness to obtain.
• ERP transformation/implementation experience could be a plus; SAP 4/HANA knowledge is beneficial.
• Experience with Agile approaches or certifications (Scrum/SAFe) could be a plus.

• Lead end-to-end audit and advisory engagements across regions and functions.
• Deliver risk-based insights by identifying root causes and practical recommendations.
• Ensure high-quality execution aligned with audit standards and QA programs.
• Produce clear audit/advisory reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders with independent challenge.
• Contribute to audit planning by identifying emerging risks and priorities.
• Support continuous improvement of audit methodology, including AI-enabled practices.
• Champion data-driven, digitally enabled audit practices and tool adoption.
