Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of expertise in automation technologies, including proficiency in RPA tools and low-code platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and prompt engineering, with experience developing AI-driven solutions.
• Proven experience on cloud-based architectures and AI services (e.g. Azure AIFoundry, Azure Cognitive Services).
• Team-building and mentorship skills, with experience leading high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Define the intelligent automation strategy aligned with business goals and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
• Lead and develop the Intelligent Automation team, building competencies in RPA and Generative AI.
• Oversee design and implementation of automation solutions; select tools for scalable, maintainable results.
• Collaborate with internal units to translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive efficiency.
