Job summary

Bay Cities offers a fully remote Automation & AI Systems Engineer role focused on building and maintaining automation and AI systems across Bay Cities’ digital ecosystem. You will design enterprise-grade workflows, Copilot-style AI agents, and Power Platform applications integrating ERP, M365, and third-party systems.

You will work with the CITO and stakeholders to scope automation opportunities, calculate ROI, and deliver measurable outcomes while ensuring governance and compliance for AI usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing automations, Power Platform solutions, or AI-integrated workflows.
• Proven experience deploying enterprise systems using Power Platform, n8n, Azure Logic Apps, OpenAI integrations.
• Ability to analyze business processes and implement automation with measurable impact.
• Strong documentation, testing, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present ROI, efficiency, and performance outcomes to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automations using Power Platform and n8n.
• Create scalable, modular workflows to orchestrate ERP, M365, SharePoint integrations.
• Develop integrations between ERP systems and Microsoft 365 via APIs and connectors.
• Manage workflows across environments with version control and documentation.
• Document architecture, logic, and dependencies for scalability.
