Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager to support insurance clients through transformation and market-driven change in Zurich. You will shape strategy, operating models and processes across core insurance functions, driving value with innovation and advanced analytics.

You will collaborate across teams, develop thought leadership, and help clients navigate evolving business models. This role offers hybrid working conditions in Switzerland and opportunities to impact clients and society.

Qualifications

• University degree with strong academic record.
• Experience in insurance and/or with a major consulting firm.
• Understanding of insurance value chain and core processes.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to implement innovative strategies and operating models across sales, distribution, underwriting, operations and claims.
• Lead development of thought leadership addressing future of insurance.
• Contribute to building flexible, innovative business models and services rooted in solid foundations.
• Support Deloitte in delivering impact for clients and society.
