Deloitte Schweiz in Zurich seeks a Manager in Audit & Assurance Insurance to lead client engagements and drive finance transformation initiatives. You will advise on internal controls, IFRS/US GAAP compliance and regulatory requirements within insurance.

Qualifications

• Certified auditor (Swiss CPA or ACCA) with at least 5 years’ practical experience.
• 5+ years external auditing in the insurance field, ideally Big 4.
• Team player with ability to build relationships with clients.
• Confident in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Advise clients on internal control frameworks, finance transformation and IFRS/US GAAP for Insurance.
• Conduct external audits for national and international insurance clients with regulatory compliance.
• Help clients implement new regulatory requirements and test their systems.
• Perform internal audits and FINMA regulatory assignments for Insurance and Reinsurance.
