Job summary

IQVIA in Basel seeks a Principal/Sr Principal in Health Economics, HTA and Value & Access to lead advisory engagements for life sciences clients, shaping evidence strategies and delivering high‑impact projects across global, regional and local payers.

You will own client relationships, drive opportunity development, mentor teams, and contribute to thought leadership while maintaining delivery excellence and building IQVIA’s reputation in health economics and HTA solutions.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in consulting, pharmaceutical, and healthcare with focus on HTA or HEOR.
• Proven ability to build relationships and develop HE/HTA solutions.
• Track record of driving HQ/global deals and offerings development.
• Established network in pharma and payers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client service and build trusted relationships to enhance IQVIA’s brand.
• Identify and develop business opportunities and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Lead thought leadership and firm-building initiatives to raise IQVIA’s industry profile.
