Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Principal / Sr Principal in Health Economics, HTA, and Value & Access. You will lead high-impact HE/HTA engagements for life sciences clients, shaping strategy and delivering evidence-driven solutions that enhance market access and payer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree.
• 10+ years of professional experience in consulting, pharmaceutical, and healthcare with a focus on HTA or HEOR.
• AI/ML experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to build relationships and develop HE/HTA solutions for stakeholders.
• Track record of driving HQ/global deals and offering development experience.
• Established network in pharma and payers.
• Understanding of payer evaluation processes and drivers in product development.
• Commercial awareness across healthcare, HTA, and pharma industries.
• Ability to communicate clearly and tailor messages to diverse audiences.
• Keeps up with industry trends and translates insights into client value.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal owner of client engagements from initial conversations to solution delivery.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Present offerings and go-to-market materials internally and externally.
• Lead opportunities for integrated HE/HTA solutions across projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to leverage IQVIA capabilities.
• Ensure high-quality, client-satisfying deliverables and outcomes.
• Foster collaboration and inclusivity within project teams.
• Stay updated on market and client trends to anticipate challenges.
• Lead thought leadership and firm-building initiatives for industry visibility.
• Mentor and coach staff to elevate capabilities.
• Guide recruitment and development initiatives.
