Norion Partners is seeking a Senior HR Specialist for a major organization in the Neuchâtel area. You will act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, guiding HR matters and supporting informed decision‑making while overseeing the full employee lifecycle.

You will apply deep knowledge of Swiss employment law, payroll, pension and insurance, ensure compliant processes, accurate records and HR insights. 7–10 years of HR experience in Switzerland are preferred.

Formación

• 7–10 years of professional experience in Human Resources in Switzerland, ideally in a broad HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and payroll, social security, pension and insurance matters.
• Broad HR expertise across employee relations, employment contracts, compensation & benefits, performance management and lifecycle.
• Ability to partner with management and translate business needs into practical HR solutions.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities with sound judgment and discretion.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trusted relationships at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on a broad range of HR matters.
• Oversee and manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to development and internal mobility.
• Advise on employment contracts, absences, compensation and benefits, ensuring Swiss compliance.
• Oversee payroll and personnel administration with accurate social security and pension requirements.
• Maintain HR records, prepare reports and provide HR insights to management.
• Contribute to HR projects on organizational development, employee engagement, performance management and process improvement.
