• Support the full employee life-cycle including onboarding, benefits, and offboarding.
• Act as trusted contact for employees and managers on HR matters.
• Work closely with HR Operations team on processes improvements and Workday projects.
• Ensure compliance with local labor law, company policies, and internal processes.
• Support end-to-end Recruiting activities for assigned locations.
