  • Partner with Executive Management on strategic HR topics
  • Lead and develop a small global HR team
  • Drive the people agenda and HR strategy execution
  • Operate effectively in an international environment with broad HR knowledge
Main Tasks
  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders
  • Lead and mentor a global team of 5 HR professionals
  • Support talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement
  • Translate business needs into HR initiatives
  • Design and implement global HR programs
  • Provide coaching and address complex HR issues
Experience and Skills
  • 10+ years in HR, with at least 4 years in leadership
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and challenging ideas
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication skills; English required, other languages a plus
  • International experience and interest in impact investing
