  • Provide expert advice on Swiss labor law, ensuring full compliance in all HR practices and policies.
  • Lead and support the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases with discretion and professionalism.
  • Drive talent management and succession planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes and tools.
  • Support change management and organizational development efforts.
  • Ensure accurate HR reporting and data integrity.
  • Act as a culture ambassador, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Advise on compensation and benefits matters, ensuring internal equity and alignment with market benchmarks.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner role.
  • Proven expertise in Swiss labor law and HR best practices.
